The release target against the enhancement request in the Support Centre under Features and Fixes is 3Q 2007 Major Rel. I do hope that this is something we don't have to pay for on top. We paid for the full version thinking that it could already provide multi-store.

Thank you for trying to help. The problem is definately with the preffered form URL rather than the actual item. The Drop Ship URL is pointing to an out of date form and the system hasn't updated itself. We can manually get to the correct from by entering the form ID in the URL.

There is no delay in approving the sales order, the orders are entered as approved. The delay is associated with the creation of drop POs linked from the sales order afer the order has been placed.

Yes, that's correct as we have distinct items that we both drop ship and ship from our premises. The problem is due to sales orders that don't have a drop ship associated with them are automatically put on back order, this is fine for all other items but not for a limited number of our drop ship items.

Hi, Has this unsubscribe issue been sorted yet? I still would like to know how to subcribe contacts. It's our data and we will want send newsletters out to our contacts unless they unsubscribe themselves. I don't really want to have to get customers to subscribe in thats just a rubbish way of doing things. Regards

Does anyone have a referral for a website design firm that works with NetSuite? We already have our website up but need a company to work with us on a regular basis for maintenance and to design email campaigns. Thanks! Just to add to this, I've just found out how to stop forcing users to go to the basket when they add items and the cart shipping estimator. Two very usefull features.

I've checked our external form and the website text substitutions but can't find a setting to change the "Tax" text on the totals on the checkout screen. We'd love to change this to "VAT Total". Please can someone from Netsuite reply and let us all know if is this possible at all? Regards
