Well, it looks like I may have figured out my problem...my records didn't have email addresses. It just would be nice to have a place that would tell me why the campaign won't execute!…
  • An update... I realized that the Group I had designated did not have email addresses, so I thought that might be the problem. I've fixed this and rescheduled and again it did not execute. Also, does any one know if the email campaign is still set to execute after the scheduled time, will NetSuite still execute it? Meaning…
  • I went and double checked that there is not a filter on the view I'm using to see the Sales Orders. Also I selected to see inactive customers and the customer records do not show up. Teresa
  • I just looked in V11 with the new multiple language option and it still doesn't appear that we can change this text. This seems really dumb for multi-language. Will a language for which NetSuite doesn't have a translation still use the English words for Billing and Support? Teresa
  • Hey Louis, I can't speak specifically to your situation, but I am using the continue= tag in the URL I'm using to add items to the shopping cart from our external website. It is working for me. Can you post the specific URL you are using or form code? Teresa

  • Just a comment. We had the exact same error and the reason was we needed to supply a customer ID for each record. If customer IDs are not created automatically on your NetSuite setup, this may be your problem and would explain why someone with a different NS setup would have it work successfully.
