  • I went and double checked that there is not a filter on the view I'm using to see the Sales Orders. Also I selected to see inactive customers and the customer records do not show up. Teresa
  • I just looked in V11 with the new multiple language option and it still doesn't appear that we can change this text. This seems really dumb for multi-language. Will a language for which NetSuite doesn't have a translation still use the English words for Billing and Support? Teresa

  • Just a comment. We had the exact same error and the reason was we needed to supply a customer ID for each record. If customer IDs are not created automatically on your NetSuite setup, this may be your problem and would explain why someone with a different NS setup would have it work successfully.
