Are these items you have set-up in your system? Is the item set-up as USD or CDN? What shoudl happen is the cost of goods remain the same and any difference be charged to exchange rate variance. Vendor and related Item are setup as $USD. Sale/List pricing is in $CDN. Exchange rate shouldn't affect my $USD cost purchase…

I posted something to this effect recently. I think it has to do with the v11.0.3. Anyways, you need to re-customize your form print column fields. Set tax RATE and PST to .001. More recently, I have found the same reports are not updating after a sold item has been recieved and shipped to the client. eg. Item sold for $1500, COGS still says $0 with a profit of $1500. Both account viewing the same URL (cut&paste) my account shows transactions, his does not. Both admin accounts.

Ok, so this worked. I'll assume that this setting is per record and not a 'global' setting? He could view some fine, and others not at all.

Having not tried to do a full export/backup in over a year, I was a little disappointed to see that with all the revisions, it's still not possible today. Yes, it's just to have a copy of it on file. Simple as that.
