Hi, Thanks for the suggestions. However, I'm using "Online Customer Forms" under Marketing. There doesn't seem to be a way for me to customize the category field so it defaults to "consumer". Is there a way to do that within a form that I create directly in netsuite?

I just got it figured out! I added "category=Consumer" to the URL so it looks like: https://forms.netsuite.com/app...a73ea58da&category=Consumer and that works!

Thank you. I thought about this, but when you do that, then the customer will have to re-enter information to identify who they are, right?

With regards to the Paypal option, do you know if it works if I just wanted to capture credit card info through my netsuite based site, but manually process it from netsuite?
