I doubt if a invoice profitablity report will be coming anytime soon. It would need to take into account costing algorithms such as FIFO, LIFO and also be able to do it on non-inventory items. Perhaps use the job functionality to achieve - whereby each batch of invoices or one invoice for that matter is essentially a job…
