We are having the same problem. I found out it has something to with Verisign. We were told that Verisign was working on it but no ETA.

I agree with the Wiz. It just won't be dynamically done. Let us know when you have the page done. Your site is looking real good.

Hello DuckTrevor Try using a combination of category image and description fields. This route is not dynamic and requires you to hard code the product name and description but you can easily call it within your template. Another idea is if you are not listing other products below the featured (as in your example) you can…

We created our own robot.txt page and uploaded to the root folder. It works good.

I don't even place the metas in that section. I use the welcome page, tab pages, category pages, and product pages. My website set up meta section is completly empty. I found I did not need it. That section I thought would place the same set of metas on every page, which I absolutely did not want because each page was…

Have you tried a robot.txt file? We use one with our site and it seems to be read by google. We created it and placed it in the "Site" folder within the root. I have seen threads where people say that we can't use robot.txt and I don't understand why. If someone can explain this it would be great.

Hi everyone, Great looking sites! Hasnaa your unique products are very nice. Otto, just wanted to let you know I can barely read your articles and press releases in your left navigation. You may want different text colors. Some computers display website colors differently. This maybe the case,or maybe I have one of those…

We do everything ourselves. I feel it better than placing your SEO in someone else's hands who is probably not familar with your products or marketing goals. In order to help with the roulette problem we use the WebCeo software. There is a free version and a paid version. Plus if you pay for the full version the give you…

Good Luck, we tried about 6 months ago to get help and nobody was able to help us (same thing as always create a case) we got frustrated and decided that we would just use a 3rd party analytics provider until we have a lot more time to waste figuring it out .:( This feature was one of the things that sold us on Netsuite.…

Don't we pay for Netsuite analytics....its weird that we all want Google analytics..hmmm...does that tell you something Netsuite. Its time to step up and have your software do what your salespeople and marketing say it does. But we will start an issue with customer service and wait for the upgrade after next to see if we…

We are having a huge issue with cart abandonment related to multiple steps in Netsuite cart. It would be great to have the ability to customize the way checkout pages look. Ecaceres, Its hard to navigate your checkout. Can I suggest changing the colors of your checkout buttons (aka "Continue") and your progress bar. Also…

Was there ever an answer found for this question? I'm running into this now. My options are being ordered alphabetically ("2nd Day Air" comes before "Ground") and I'd like to move the order around so it is logial. I.e.: 1. Ground 2. 3 Day 3. 2 Day 4. Next Day Saver 5. Next Day Can it be done? A better option if you don't…

When a customer registers they are currently defaulted to an individual. I need a suggestion on how to get that set according to whether they are a business or not. I thought if they put a company name in the registration that would set them as a company. It doesn't. How does netsuite determine if an customer or a lead is…

Update: After a long time Friday trying to figure out our problem it turned out to be a single quote (") was missing at the end of our body tag attributes section. It took forever to figure this out and a huge headache and a melt down  before I was able to solve the problem. It was something to do with my…

Thanks Thomas, Unfortunately we have no custom fields of this type created. Also if we did i don't know how to get the field to disappear when a state in the drop-down was selected. I am the only one that does any design work on the site of this type. The only thing I did yesterday is worked on our header css design. Their…

Same problem with us. We have already a case with an attached issue. We tried to send out a bulk email to our monthly email subscribers on July 31. It seems as though it still has not been sent out and today is Tuesday (a week later). Friday we started to receive bounce back emails to our catch-all email account.…

You should use a comma to seperate your keywords. For the most part you can use commas to seperate keywords whenever you work with keywords (metas, comparison shopping, cpc campaigns, etc.) How do you currently input your keyword? Space or comma? Without seeing your site... maybe provide a category or provide some sort of…
