Just wanted to enter a thought here: This concern about Netsuite accessing your company data is probably not worth the concern.... Your consent to give them access thru the front door has no real bearing...Keep in mind that they physically hold your database anyway. If they want access to your data for devious purposes.…

I highly doubt that it's a network issue... The error that comes back is a 500 (internal server error) NOT a 404 (page not found..) your making the trip to the servers...the servers / database is the issue... (IMHO) :)
