The steps may not be exactly applicable depending on who you have the domain with - maybe searching the help would help in case they are not GoDaddy and the process looks very different. After logging a case, we were added to Defect #- 452612 too. The rep said that it is a known issue and it will work if Print Using HTML preference was turned off. This is not viable since we need to print using HTML. We are trying to fit in a lot of fields in the limited column spaces, and PDF truncates most of the fields.…

We are able to print them one-by-one by going to individual Sales Orders and clicking the Print icon. But this takes hours when you have to do it for so many orders. Plus it does not automatically uncheck the "To be Printed" field when we print individually, risking duplicate printouts.

Netsuite is down. Only the dashboard shows up. Orders cannot be viewed.

Any updates on this issue? It still seems to be a problem. We are in the process of moving our website to Netsuite and are finding that this will be a big issue with redirects. Murali

We will have lots of tracking parameters for each url. We would have to create many thousands of redirects in that case. I tried the (.*) wildcard, but it didn't work.
