I have some thing similar as long as all you fields are date time fields this should work: CASE WHEN (to_char({entity.custentity_new_customer_expiration_date},'DD/MM/YYYY')) > (to_char({today},'DD/MM/YYYY')) THEN 'T' ELSE 'F' END

OK This is one of those times that I must admit I am a idiot.... The fields are there but only after a save has been completed. I am still wanting to give my customers a view of there project data if possible I am looking for ideas on how I can do this. Tom

Has any one developed the script that will auto email or print based on the "send transactions via" check boxes. If so is anyone willing to share? Tom

I have and use a viewsonic gtablet running 2.x and I love it as well, I do have other issues like dropdown lists not working if the list has more than a few items in it, how do they work for you. I also find it very diffacult to create things like Sales orders and other transactions. Tom

I do the same thing, I was not able to do it using a work flow so I used a scheduled mass update, It works very well. Currenly I have a mass update that updates last sales call, service call, last bill and last sales order. I hope this helps. Tom
