  • Thanks. I've tried and there doesn't seem to be any common elements. I have some revenue (invoice) items and some expenses. Some if not most of the accounts don't have journal entries. I guess I'll have to build an Income Statement outside of the system and plug the totals from the Trial Balance if I can't find a common…

  • I pulled Jan 1 - Dec 31 on both reports. We are running on a cash basis and not using periods so I don't think that's the problem. I just started working with this company and the person who entered it isn't an accounting person at all so I'll check to make sure that periods weren't entered. I have 32 accounts that are…
