Was this ever completed? I'm trying to find the salary information for an employee to use on a search or report. Any direction regarding the exposure of this field to searches or reports is appreciated.

On this same topic - where in the System is the email address sent for who gets a Login Failure message or an upgrade message from NetSuite. Is there an email address somewhere in NS's system that the sales rep needs to change?

A case is created when incoming email is captured. A role has a preferred case form to use however, when a case is opened from an incoming email this form is not used. The user must switch to the preferred form...therefore I believe that there is a form being used to create the original case. An underlying tag to the "Case…

Right, except that the custom RSS feed works well for announcement type stuff and, I believe, each user would have to set this up. Any ideas?

Aha! Thanks, Luke! I had the custom center tab applied to ALL and it did not show up in the apply to tabs....only when I changed it to the Sales Center did it show. A bit tricky! Thanks Luke and Evan for the help. Ellen

Hi! This is great info as we are still new users. But I don't see the ability to change the "Landing Page" on the Appearance tab in set preferences. I dont' see any option there or in the other tabs for changing default page. Am I missing something?

Hi again! Sorry to be so confusing. If I choose "Apply to Tabs" from the Publish Dashboard menu, I do not have the option of choosing to apply just the custom tab I created. I do not want to overwrite the users' whole dashboard, just the custom center tab. Is that possible? Ellen

Hi Evan! I know this post is old but I am having the same problem with one of my users. I have turned off the KPI, refreshed the cache but the error still exists when I try to turn it back on. How do I get the memory of that portlet off of the dashboard? I have CTRL-F5'd it to death. Thanks - Ellen

Hi Phillip, I've logged case #865558. I'm inclined to think this is a defect even though our form is scripted in that you would want employee center licenses to be able to book time to projects. Can you also check on case 786899 - this defect has been in an S2 status (60 days) since October! Thank you, Ellen

It does not appear that these problems were fixed in Thursday night's maintenance. We are still unable to edit the Customer on the time entry record and the customer:job and case do not flow through to a new time entry while in view mode of a case. Hi! We are having some issues with defaulting case fields but the case and time booked to the case are flowing through properly to the Customer:Job record. We use mostly cases instead of tasks so I will let you know if we have issues with tasks/events. I would suggest logging a case with NS.
