We currently have a process that creates the invoices via web services that the professional services group has created for us. Although it does take a lot of time to process. How long does it take you to process your bills?

We currently offer a monthly recurring subscription service that should be ok by use the memorize transactions. But how would you manage if there are adjustments on the charges for the month. Such as credits etc. Thanks.

Yes these enahancements will surely be helpful. In the meantime we had to maintain several Item groups to create different promos.

Seems to be working now. We had ODBC serious connectivity issues for 2 days. Did anyone receive any update as to the root cause?
