I talked to the person who set up the case forms and he assured me that they are, at the moment, only searching by the incoming e-mail address that is required on the case forms. For some reason, they are still being referred to by the anonymous customer placeholder that was set up.

We already have 1 territory for each of the question types that come in through our system.
