Hi, I too have been disappointed with some of the reporting - many fields seem unavailable and format flexibility is limited. However, it appears there is much more available in saved searches. It might be worth trying that area of the system to create this data output... Hope this helps, Mike

Hi Scott, are you using an "online customer form" which is something you set-up under the marketing options within Netsuite. If you use these you have access to all of the customer record fields to capture information you need, which of course includes phone number. Hope this helps Mike
