Thank you for your response, can you please verify what can't currently be done. That you can't turn an existing item into a matrix item? Or that you can't import parent items? How has everybody else transferred existing large shopping sites to NetSuite?? regards Maureen

We have also invested huge $ and time - huge by the standards for a small business -(the segment of the market NetSuite is supposed to address) and have found a lot of basic functionality missing, things that we were assured at pre-sale were available.
