I found all the same info as you, and yes, it's only ever a problem with those customers operating at the very limits of their credit line.

We have started to get calls from a few customers, yes. I was on the phone with netsuite support for several hours, and they were unable to see any reason why it was happening.

I only have limited info at this time, but it's my understanding that the branches will order independently and the items will be drop-shipped to them from our vendors. Terms to be defined.

We've had to take our site down for maintenance because of this and a whole slew of other tax problems that have occurred as a result of the upgrade: defect # 187559

The setting "Charge Sales Tax on Store Orders" = Per Customer Basis. Its probably not a setting issue since these have worked for us up until the recent upgrade. Does the person's role have Track Time as a permission? I had a similar issue today and this fixed it.
