Hi, Sadly that worked less well than the original version. With 22 questions, only one row for one agent had values. I cut it down to 4 questions and got about 25% of the rows with results. I will see if the NetSuite support case I raised the first time gets anywhere. Thanks very much for the suggestions. Jean P.S. this is…

You love this :) Thanks very much. Will try later today when I get a moment. Thanks for pointing out the lost NetSuite; I was grasping at straws and wondered if NetSuite was seen as some sort of "special" word. Removing it did not solve the problem, and I forgot to put it back. Jean

Hi, Thanks for your help and apologies for long delay in response. The business was completing forms and deciding how it wanted the "score" to work and I was waiting for them to finish their answer. Now I know, I am still stuck. Your Decode/substr does just the same as the internal IDs that I use I think. Having done your…

Perfect. Thank-you. Seems obvious now:) Jean

Spot on!. All 22 questions are mandatory fields so there should have been no null content. BUT, what I'd forgotten was that we introduced more questions over the first couple of weeks, and for those questions, the earlier forms had nulls (I could have sorted that instead) I added the ,0 to numerator and denominator…
-
Hi, Even more elegant and shorter :) Have you an elegant solution for my final problem too? We want to assign scores to our calls too. Basically, if the result is 3,4 or 5 it is a "pass" - represented by 1. And if it is a 1, or a 2 then it is a fail. 6's are nulls as usual. And then I want to know what the % is across all…

Hi...can you also assist with next challenge. My coaching form has 15 questions and I can now get average scores across employees and teams for each question. Really useful to know where to focus training. I'd also like to get an average score for each form, and then an average of all the forms in each group (employee) so…

And, I'd really like to be able to set Employee targets for the month in an Employee custom field and then report the actuals against the target. I need to be able to get to Employee via the Task (from Project) also.
-
Sorry...was obviously having a senior moment when I looked. YES! Its there and it works. Just one thing left to find (was in another of my posts): today my Average produces a very long string of decimals and I'm sure that I read #DPs would become an option but I cannot find it. How do I do that? J

Is the ability to label at both summary and detail level there in 2008.2? I've looked and cannot see it. Cheers, Jean
-
The ROUND function is applied at detail level (and NOT at group level). I checked this again last night before asking. I want to apply ROUND to the grouped average results (and NOT at detail level, otherwise I would lose the data accuracy at this level). In one report I am averaging whole numbers and end up with 38 DPs of…

Re "The third issue is that when you set highlights on the summary and non summary tabs at the same time (user error on my part) you can't save the search. It says there is already a search with that name." I just found this out also; and I actually want to have filters at both levels. Was a case submitted? When would I…

Of course. Should have known that. Thanks very much!
-
Maybe its easy - if I choose only body fields I seem to get what I want.:) Sorry!
-
Just re-read this string and realised I had typed <NLENTITY> instead of <NLENTITYID> in my original post, sorry :) Does the problem with recipient occur for you also? Thanks, Jean
-
OR is there any way of restricting an e-mail so that it can only be sent from a client?
-
Thanks for your feedback. I had tried <NLENTITYID> already. We are sending e-mail templates from the messages within a Client. The default recipient is the client. This works. IF, however, we change the recipient to be a contact (so that we can populate their name within the e-mail using <NLFIRSNAME>) the the NLENTITYID…

Perfect...thanks very much

You'd think that would work wouldn't you but from past experience it does not : if you do that you get no results. We use Create project from Sales Orders (std) session to make our projects. Netsuite does all the links and I'm pretty sure there is something a bit odd in the saved search join or the links in Oracle. We have…

Hi you brilliant pair. I'm now trying to create another search which shows me all sales of item 930, and tells me whether they were sold standalone or with something else (in one search). In Criteria summary I have SUM(CASE WHEN {item.internalid} = 930 THEN 1 ELSE 0 END) and select any where Sum>0. This gets me all…

Evan, thanks...of course that was it. All working now. It was the end of a long day and my brain was obviously a bit fried :) JMU, interesting other thought and I may use that elsewhere.
-
Wonderful as ever :) Thanks very much. J
-
Now why didn't I think of that :) Simple and it works. The best type of solution. (And I have DECODE working in multiple reports now, it is so useful, thanks).
-
OK - worked most of it out. 1) Team members need to give access to team leaders in their calendar preferences 2) the declined Events still show in Events list, even if not in calendar J
-
I do not have group calenders, but I've tried to follow your other suggestion - without success. What I want is: Team Leader to look at team member calendar and click on time free and create a diary booking for that team member only. Later I'd like both the Team Leader and the member to be able to reschedule the booking…
-
I thought I could use "Attendance=Optional" as a workaround but that field is not available in saved search filter criteria for Events.
-
Thanks Guys, that solved the problem. I use Firefox, and the only setting I can find to set is the disk space one but I've set that down to 1 so it should be OK. Cheers, Jean
-
Hi, Criteria filters on Project status <> Closed (amongst others). In Available criteria I then wanted the team to be able to select by task status. I added the status from the Task fields. If I use the drop down box in the footer, and select anything (except All, which works fine) then the status I select becomes the only…

Is there any other information I can supply to help you solve this? Jean
-
That is wonderful! I thought I was going to have to create a formula myself to do it. But it really WORKS now! I just checked one of my reports with averages at summary level and its perfect. THANK-YOU. J
