We had the same problem. I raised a case about it and as of 09/10/09 "Defect 151633: outlook integration: NetSuite for Outlook/dumps files should be default to disabled" is under QA review. Hi Dora, Any data stored on records are linked to that record, not the email address. Any notes the person made on the record will remain. Any attatchments tied to the record will also remian. Our sales rep also complain on the size of the message template window. I just installed Chrome on Windows XP, but I'm not able to achieve what you mention by dragging or stretching the window, I can only zoom the page with CTRL ++. Am I missing something, do I have to configure it in a particular way?

If you use the Outlook client have you looked in using the NetSuite for Outlook client? You can save inbound and outbound messages to Cases, although you do have to take some steps to accomplish this, but it does the job.

You may not have Marketing Automation enabled. Go to Setup>Company>Enable Features. Under the CRM tab, in the Basic Features section, you will see this feature to enable. This feature is enabled.

That is correct you can't change the published dashboard from the role. If you want to change the published dashboard for a role you have to publish it from the Home Dashsboard -> Publish Dashboard or List and add or select the role that you want to publish to.
