  • I believe this option will send a order fulfillment e-mail telling the customer that their order has been fulfilled but will not include the tracking # of the status of their shipment. What I am really looking for is the notification that gets generated by UPS not Netsuite. Do you have any ideas on how to get this e-mail.…
