  • Under Home>Set Preferences there is an option to show internal id's. Then the id will show when viewing a list of records. That's already checked.   • I am having the same issue with a client of mine. It just started happening after the recent upgrade to 2009.2. Customer updates don't seem to be working, but new customers go in just fine. I'm pushing the customers through web services and I get the same DUPLICATE_KEYS error that sneth got.
