New this year - 1099-B, 1099-S and 1099-MISC are due to recipients by 02/15/10.

It happened again! All of a sudden customer invoices, payments and credit memos started posting to an inactive AR account when they have been posting to the correct account for months. We made no changes to our set-up so it does not make sense. Sue

We redefined the default AR and AP accounts as the new accounts and it works fine most of the time. Just every so often, the inactivated account will reactivate and we and support cannot figure out why.

This is a kit with inventory and non-inventory members. The serial number is assigned at the kit level. Using the serialized kit seems to be working ok but we haven't reconciled January's inventory yet. Sue

I was also concerned because we oftern pick and pack months before shipping but we had dated the pick and pack transactions with the estimated ship date, so we did not encounter a problem with the locked periods. Since picking and packing have no general ledger impact, future dating them should not be a problem. Sue…
