In the Quote (Estimate) tab of the Opportunity - What I have found is that you have to make sure the "Forecast Type" is set to "Most Likely" and you press the 'Update" button the Projected Total will be update to the value of the Quote (Estimate) Hope this helps

Yes you start from a Transaction Search. You need to select the field "Document Status" then type in the column When the Old Field Is....Pending Approval and then When New Field is....Pending Reciept. I hope this helps... let me know if it works OK Regards John

I have achieved this by the use of a Saved Search which looks at the change of status from pending approval to pending receipt. This then can trigger an email to be sent to whoever needs to know Regards John Walpole
