Did you ever figure this out? We are finding that orders are being fulfilled even though on the Sales Order the "Credit Card Approved" is "No". As you mentioned NetSuite only tells us that there's a problem when we try to bill. Thanks

The guys at Citricle installed their solution for us for $299 and it's working just fine. We have a hybrid site (site is hosted on our machines but uses netsuite's shopping cart & checkout and inventory levels etc) so it was a little different.
