I have used landed costs on transfer orders and it worked fine. One thing I have found is the manual seems to give errors, but if you have input the costs in as a bill, the landed cost has to be used as your item (as opposed to shipping / handling). Hope this helps. Linda Hart salonsmart.com

Okay, so I tried it and it worked for the purpose of showing the main image, so thank you. The only problem I see is that all of our additional thumbs are not displaying next to the main thumb. Problem is solved. Went into PR account and found check to be printed, checked the print box and refreshed. Go to Transactions, Mgmt, Print checks and forms and Voila...it was there. Yeah!!!

Netsuite Support told me that the fix right now would be to go into edit mode of the parent Matrix Item, click submit and that should take the error out. Not sure why this began to happen again, but ALL of our Matrix Items had this error over the weekend. Netsuite, please get to the bottom of why this is happening, please.
