We are having the same issues plus duplicated orders. I'm a new customer to NetSuite and so far I'm very disappointed I used to do more for less before NetSuite:confused: :mad:

My customers are getting this error too. I've been trying to fix this with support for a few days now with not resolution. The latest news was they will file a defect on this. Please let me know if you already found a solution to this issue.
