You can upload a CSV. The format/template is given NetSuite.

Also the bank side of unreconciled transactions is not shown on reconciliation report. What is the use of importing then?

As trimblee said, you total net profit for the year will get added to retained earnings. So as an example, 2012 Total Net Profit will be seen in Retained Earnings in 2013.

1.a. You can either enter a credit memo for that invoice explaining the reason for cancelling the invoice in the memo field. 1.b. Or you can void the invoice. Note that this will make the invoice amount (and related accounts) to zero. 2. Create a new invoice.
