Locations are each tied to one and only one sub, so if you restrict a role to a specific sub(s), then you'll only see those specific locations tied to the specific sub(s). What do you want to update? if fields are to be updated we can use mass update feature to update items. customfields...not on the item record itself but on their child/subrecords called inventorynumber. Since we cannot get access to the form I would reckon this is a limitation at the moment.

We are using lot numbered inventory and they are all assigned specific bins in a laboratory environment which means that we can not use a "preferred bin" as this always changes on a weekly basis. Hi Steven, If I remember correctly you can do this on the case profile templates. Once you customize an already existing one it should create a new one and then you would have to select the new one in the list under each template on the profile setup. Regards,

Ran into the same issues today. Did you get this defect solved for your specific account ACarter? Reassigning a case does not trigger an email to the newly assigned rep...is this a default setting or shouldn't it always send an email when assigning/re-assigning?

Hi, What if you customize the standard case form and assign the new customized form to your employee center role? While customizing the form you can show and hide certain fields. That way they will have the custom form as their "preferred form" (if set as preffered for the specific role). hope this helps

Hi Fred, Good to hear that you got it working! I think that we are struggling with the validation token. It looks like NetSuite wants to send the validation email to postmaster@smtp.office365.com rather then sending it to the username entered. Did you reroute this validation token somehow? Regards,

As far as I know NetSuite only support 1 DKIM at the moment. I got this in December last year: Thank you for contacting NetSuite Customer Support.
