Thanks for the quick response, Ideally I am looking to run a set of reports or saved searches at the press of button as Dave indicated; would like to have ability to just run a set of reports quickly and unscheduled.

They would have primarily 10-15 customers then one large customers that is all internet sales that they track as one customer.

Does anyone know if this possible? QB produces a similar report and client would like to see in exact same fashion.

Yeah, I would think this is pretty common request and one that I know that Microsoft Dynamics GP offers straight out the box with their Word Templates.
