HI Olivier - Thanks for your reply. The situation I have on the PO is Received 1 quantity 1. Billed 0 I want received to be zero. When I go to the item receipt I can only change the qty field but it won't let me put a zero. I can get a message saying "invalid number must be positive" - Thanks for your help with this.
