So would this only work going forward and not for the notes that are already submitted?
-
Oh man. That was another language lol. If you could give me an example of how to achieve that then I'd really appreciate it. I'm still new to some of this stuff. I want them to be able to log in and complete their reminders and if it says 0 then they arent going to click on it

I have it listed as that sales reps name to avoid this issue. The thing that is confusing me is that in my reminders section it shows 0 as the total but when you click on it it displays 441 customers. Why could that be? Criteria: Sales rep - is Brent User Notes: Date - is not after 30 days ago Summary: Max - User notes:…

Not quite. I want to make one of these searches for each employee to add to their reminders so that they can see this information themselves. To summarize, I want an employee to log in, click "no user note activity" and have it display all of their accounts (customers) that they have not added a "user note" to within the…

I would be interested to know that code if you can help me with that. This might work for us as well

Here is the HTML (inside the Home category) <div class="container"> <div data-am-fadeshow="next-prev-navigation"> <!-- Radio --> <input type="radio" name="css-fadeshow" id="slide-1" /> <input type="radio" name="css-fadeshow" id="slide-2" /> <input type="radio" name="css-fadeshow"…

wow that is incredible. I wouldn't even know where to begin to get something like this done. Paying someone to do it doesn't seem like a good solution if I wouldn't be able to edit it myself going forward. I'm familiar with coding to an extent but this looks very time consuming and time is not on my side. That is why I am…

Never mind the second question. I figured out they are images. Still need help with the first part though

Thanks. Just curious if there is a different method if it was written using scss? I followed those steps but it seems like its not reading the css because everything is just showing up real big and not proportional

Thanks for the help guys. The article was very helpful in understanding this

Okay the subject of the email is "Search: Your Current Tasks" but I can't find that search in netsuite. could it be named something else? the links in the email take me to the task that I created. I've looked all throughout the task options and don't see anything where it is talking about an email reminder
-
Okay I wish I could say I fixed this but I ran into another dilemma. Found the search but I can't edit it. It's a ghost in our system apparently. Still kicking email alerts but you can't view or edit it.
-
Got it! Thanks for the help
-
attached some pictures. this is where i believe it is stemming from but I don't see a way to disable it. from what I can see nothing is checked off so I don't know why it is sending these reminders
-
You don't happen to know where to find that in outlook do you?
-
as another follow up t.watz i tried your method and the search id im getting apparently doesn't exist. i found it in the header as search=224 and applied it to that string you provided and I'm getting this message " Your search criteria expired. The criteria for a given search generally expire after 15 minutes of…

I found how to display the coding but it looks like it is just the html of the body of the email.... like the font styles and links... nothing displaying something like what you posted
-
I am trying this as a Full Access Administrator but the Add/Move is grayed out. I can't change it

Can I put in reminders FOR the person? So that when they log in they see them? I can't imagine what the point of having the Reminders portlet is if neither I nor them can add anything to it without giving them full access
