Is there no option to create a Promotion that requires the purchase of 2 items and then the promotion would apply as long as there are purchases in multiples of 2?

I also had a NetSuite support case created for this issue.

My support case is still open (since September 27, 2024) and there has been no resolution.

I spoke with a NetSuite Support rep and they did not know why this is happening either. They have escalated the issue. In the meantime, we are manually updating each item's demand until this issue is fixed. If I receive any information about a fix for this issue, I will leave a comment on this thread.

The Plan Start Date is 1/1/2025 and the Plan End Date is 12/31/2025. I have uploaded the entire 2025 year's item demand previously, so I do not know why I'm getting an error that I've never seen before. I wonder if it is due to the recent update?
