Yes, however it requires 2 updates and with the user base I am not sure this would be suitable, is there anyway via workflow I would be able to automatically edit and save the vendor records on a schedule? Hoping to have an automated way via workflow maybe.

Thanks @Wee Ming, I have tried this and just get an 'AFTERSUBMIT ERROR' 'record already exists', but when I upload exactly the same document without the EFT mapping as you describe above it uploads no problem.
