I set Search for sales rep but I recvied a mesaage: Notice You cannot perform this search because you do not have permission to access employee data. For more information, contact your system administrato So what I should do to let the customer center can see the sales rep as per the search

@Michelle Jabanes-Oracle I set Sales Order (External) as Preferred but am still not able to open a sales order from the Customer center Also, there is no invoice (external) to set for the customer center to let the user open it

HEllo The (approval journals) process works for any journal pending approval in the parent-subsidiary There is no Bulk Approval script excited. Action field is belong to workflow, but I can not find the filed how it is excited and can not know which work flow work for this

I want to let you know that I created a journal entry for the parent-subsidiary (the main one) and it shows up as you can see in the picture. However, for the subsidiaries under the main one, the journal entry does not appear.
