@Pratik Teredesai-Oracle Thank you for the advice. It seems it was a cache-issue - used another browser and manged to activate the refresh from there. 👍️

Hi @Niks Blando-Oracle, I have, thank you 😊 Just finished updating all items with the Lot Sizing Method and will run a few counts again to test, but am sure this will fix the issue.

Hi @Niks Blando-Oracle, We have carried out a "spot count" of a number of items in our warehouse using Smart Count. On submitting the count, most of the counts will go through with no errors, but some trigger this error message. Unfortunately, the error message does not show which item/count has triggered the error. Steps…

@Tigran Shahnazaryan Thank you for your reply. I have run a "Current Inventory Snapshot" and can confirm that the "On order" amounts are shown there. Here is how I've set up my workbench view: And my supply plan definition:

Hi Tris, thank you for getting back to me. I can confirm that both those fields are populated on all line items on the PO's but my planning workbench is still not showing any qty's on order. Could the issue be that I have conflicting features enabled?
