Hi Richard, The File ID is set by NetSuite SCM/WMS scripts automatically as part of the attachment record creation, we don't create these manually. This is why I suspect it's a bug. We CAN manually attach the photos by creating new attachment records which excludes the ".0", but doing so for half our photos isn't feasible.

Hi Niks, The photos are attached via SCM Mobile on Android devices. Pressing Capture launches the device camera, and a photo is taken. This is done when posting the item receipt. Looks like what we've got is a fairly simple standard costing issue. We've had to backdate a inventory cost revaluation based on the correct BOM which has fixed it.
