Hi John! So we tried that with no luck. I had her try it in incognito mode which was successful. So i think i know the direction i need to go unless there is another solution!

I did get a response from the support case. They had me edit our sales order form to show the vendor on each line. Doing so allowed me to then select a different vendor if needed which allowed me to then delete the work order if one was created. I also changed our items to not have special order selected with so far hasn't…

It is version 8.2, as far as un-deploying user event "AVA_TransactioTab_2" i have never done that before and not sure how too. I did submit a support case though!

Yes they are not selected as a special order item, here is a screen shot of the line item not selected.

It is a custom Sales Order form. I have added a check box in the Primary Information field, as seen below.
