Hi ! I can indeed set the rep when I'm editing the order in the UI. The issue only appears when I'm trying to import the order via SOAP. As for the Team Selling feature, I believe it is enabled, yes. Thanks for your answer

Hi Will and thank you for your answer. I think I will consider the second option, as our reps are independent reps based on their geographical location, and the brands they represent. In an other company, we did consider them as Partners rather than Reps, and linked the sales orders when they were imported from our B2B…

It seems SuitePromotions was indeed enabled. I just had to add a few classes to the Ruby netsuite gem (which I forked) to have it working. https://github.com/swissmadekzu/netsuite Thanks a lot for your help

Hi Jeremy, Yes I double checked the promo code, and there is no expiration date set.
