@Angela Bayliss Hello Angela, yes the planned work feature was not enabled. I submitted a support case for this and support told me to uncheck the Show Planned Capacity on Work Orders and this should fix it.

So far I only find a setting under Manufacturing Preference about Show Planned Capacity on Work Orders. we have this checked, and this is to show planned time on work orders and automatically create planned time entries.…
