Ihave faced such situation. There are two solutions: You edit the Journals and change the account or entity to have correct logic, I mean AP - Vendor, AR - Customer You create relationship for existing Customers/Vendors and make then act as Vendor and Customer at the same time.
-
The best way would be if you have the same entity record. Then you could see the balance for both sides. Vendor or Customer can have relationships and then the same Entity can act as Vendor and Customer. Look under the subtab Relationships. So now I would create Relationship of Vendor type in Customer record and then merge…

If the supplier indicates VAT on the invoice, it is actual VAT, not notional VAT. So, in the general ledger, the VAT amount is indicated on the debit side along with the goods/services, and you have to pay the supplier 1100. If you are a VAT payer, then this 100 VAT amount is reclaimable, and the total purchase price of…

Netsuite report doesn't have possibility to freeze the 1st column. So your options are: get bigger display export to excel narrow down (via filter) the number of segments you want to view in the report

Its not supported natively. Exchange rate is maintained globally for all subsidiaries. So you need custom solutions. One could be to enter two or more currency objects for the same currency, like USD_subA and USD_subB, but thats for sure would create some mess. Another option would be to override proposed exchange rate. It…

Push the customer to import open transactions only. Importing historical transactions is such a hassle that you will regret it later.

Well I'm not sure how helpfull is this voting. Some enhancements stay for dacade without implementation 😒 By example the top enhancement which has the most votes : Consolidated Billing> Ability to make a single invoice out of multiple sales orders for the same customer (does NOT include consolidated fulfillment) The oldest…

The only transaction type you can use other exchange rate type is Intercompany transactions. Read this documentation https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_157289938740.html

You can create as many tax codes as you need. Not sure how the VAT reporting would work if you are using standard Netsuite solution, but it should be ok if you describe tax codes correctly.

You can not directly. What you could do if these files are stored on specific catalog: 1. Extract customers records with attached file references (via saved search) 2. Extracts file list from that catalog (via saved search) 3. Compare these two extracts in excel and see which file is missing a reference on customer records.

If you are not using Customer deposit transaction for other reason then it is good choice. Otherwise you could record it as Journal transaction as deposits will always show up in Customer payment transaction window and it may be distracting if the deposit should stay untouched for two years.

You are wrongly identifying your sandbox id. From Production environment Go to Setup→Company→Sandbox accounts and see what exact account id you see. Maybe you have more than one?

Look at SuiteAnswer 72941 "Inventory KPI and Inventory Valuation Summary Report Total Amounts Do Not Match" It explain the behavior with regards to difference of Inventory KPI and Inventory Valuation report.

Because it's a custom workflow so you should audit that workflow. First you can turn on logs ant then look on specific sales order workflow log tab to see whats happening and what workflow actions were executed.

a few observations: You are pulling results from all kind of transactions (Invoice, sales order, credit memo etc). I guess you would like to narrow down these types. If you select Sales order type keep in mind that sales order may by closed (cancelled) without a sale happening. You will get as much lines for 1 customer as…
