Hi, I'm unable to add the shipping method in NetSuite UI. When I'm trying to calculate the shipping cost, it gives me the following warning on alert. "Could not calculate cost for the selected Realtime rate. Meter number is missing or invalid."

Hi @Mark Vargas-Oracle, The website that we are working on is a secure domain. We disabled the Prevent Cross-Site Tracking feature on Safari, but still, the error exists.

It shows the above error in the browser console and you can also see the terminal is running in the top-right corner.

I don't think there will be any issue whether it is SuiteCommerce Advanced or SuiteCommerce Standard regarding this issue. Anyway, thanks @Skylimit. I need to raise a support case to solve this issue.

Hi @Skylimit, I didn't raise a support case till now and the issue isn't resolved. I think it may resolve after NetSuite upgradation which is going to be in the next 2 days. Need to check the post-upgrade.

Hello @Adrian Romualdo-Oracle I want to sort the items using their onlinecustomerprice irrespective of any pricelevel. If any customer has any specified price value for any item, onlinecustomerprice will take everything into consideration and through item search API and then it gives the price.
