Thanks Micah. But the balances don't change at all after changing the date. The same numbers are appearing in the 'sum of amount' column.

to be more clear, balances by account, by department on a specified date is what we want to see.

Thanks but as I mentioned earlier, I want to see the net balance as of 4/30 and not everything I loaded every month. something like 4/30

Yes, I did. What it does is to display the transactions by date of the journal. Like I have entered couple of journals on 1/1 and 2/1 with 10 and 20 balances. The report is displaying two lines one for 10 and another for 20. What I want to see is the balance as of 2/1 i.e. 30. Aruna

Thanks Ivy. We just figured it out. We needed to do some SSO set up for the Release Preview instance and it worked.

Hi Richard, NetSuite and Coupa have built in integrators that move data back and forth between them. Guess, they use APIs. Aruna
