Similar issue here, cannot edit Sales orders. SO creation and Approval works, but just barely, seems to go through right before time-out. No Issue with Inventory adjustment or SO fulfillment's however defect #315602 S-1

As for the NetSuite integration, Avalara calculates tax based on their own Tax service. It does not use the NetSuite Sales tax table. Confused here, according to NS, the "Netsuite Sales tax table" is FROM Avalara. How does this table differ? see "importing the tax table" answer id:8045

This can also be done manually using 'Print checks and forms - Invoices". Customize and add filters/columns for customer and status and any others as needed, will result in one PDF of all selected translations which can then be sent to the customer.
