Thanks to all who replied! Yes, this is a big no-no and unfortunately, I inherited this issue to clean up. :) So in reality, if I have a PO for which the items were received, but not billed, I would simply receive the bill against the PO and then reverse the stand-a-lone bill in the same period to clear out the PO and the…
