Thanks everyone for your input I already knew of the way to grant access, I was just asking to get an idea how other companies address it. Do they do it by setting specific roles to suit individuals or have generic country roles and assign based on responsibilities.

Turns out this is related to Inventory only, unfortunately we are working with Non-Inventory and from what I understand this solution does not stop the Income & Expense Accounts changing in a Non-Inventory Item Master. Hi @Elychelle Gulen-Oracle Thanks so just to confirm: If we tick this then any changes to the accounts at the item master will not impact any of the past transactions no matter whether the period is Closed, locked or open? The change is driven by the date the account was updated? Thanks in advance
