  • Hi Clarisa, no, it's not ticked. Our customer ID is generated from an external system so we need that to be used rather than a Netsuite number. The customer ID shown on my screenshots is the number from that external system. If I tick the auto-gen what happens to our ID that I've manually entered? Thanks for your help. Ben

  • Hi Amanda, There are about 1300. I realised straightaway and no transactions have been posted against them so I'd rather delete than flag as inactive. I'm still getting the hang of things; would you be able to direct me to how to delete based on a saved search. Thanks in advance.
