Hi Clarisa, Yes, that's correct. Screenshot attached. FY 2025 should actually start in August 2024, not October, so Aug 2024 and Sept 2024 need moving to that year. Thanks Ben

Hi Clarisa, no, it's not ticked. Our customer ID is generated from an external system so we need that to be used rather than a Netsuite number. The customer ID shown on my screenshots is the number from that external system. If I tick the auto-gen what happens to our ID that I've manually entered? Thanks for your help. Ben

Hi Amanda, There are about 1300. I realised straightaway and no transactions have been posted against them so I'd rather delete than flag as inactive. I'm still getting the hang of things; would you be able to direct me to how to delete based on a saved search. Thanks in advance.
