Can we pull of this data from PO related records field..this will suffice our requirement now. I was able to get the Bill number field, but not getting the Bill amount shown in the attached screenshot.

Thank you, Sheila, for your input. I previously tested those fields, but they only capture the PO amount. In our bills, we include additional charges, so the bill amount can vary and will often differ from the total PO amount If there is no additional charges in bill then the suggested fields suffice the requirements.
