Please note that on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.

Is it possible to block a specific email address from creating cases? We get multiple cases created by the same spam email address weekly.

Thanks for the information, however the issue is I am within the 72 hours, which does not allow me to change the date/time myself. Who do I contact to reschedule?

Thanks for providing the Avalara knowledge link. Seemed promising, however I still was not able to resolve. I have now reached out to Avalara for a solution.
