One of my clients recently did a sandbox refresh, and their banking interfaces (SuiteApp and Bank Feeds) were running and sent errors to the administrator. If you are using features like that, I would disable the financial institution records in Sandbox as Netsuite only recommends having Bank Feeds mapped to one instance.

When our clients have run into this, we've created a custom record that allows a Many-to-One relationship. By doing this, you do have to ultimately map it to any documents where it needs to be displayed (Order Acknowledgement, Invoice, Packing Slip, etc).
