I had multiple employees reporting the issue from different locations on different record types simultaneously. However, the issue went away about as quickly as it appeared and I can no longer reproduce it.

Go to Setup->Accounting->Accounting Lists Change the filter at the bottom to "Payment Method" Edit the payment method used on your site and select "Group with Undeposited Funds"

From looking at status.netsuite.com it appears that this is the third time in 2 days.

I'm getting reports form several of our employees stating that they cannot login and/or navigate our account. We are also having customers complain about our eCommerce site performance.

We are having trouble with our Realtime rates calculation for shipping. It is preventing our customers from placing orders online. I haven't heard any complaints from our warehouse about fulfillment. Are the orders that you are having trouble with shipping?
