Saving and printing transactions causes "Unexpected error", some customers/transactions can't access the Shipping List
-
Both our sites are down...sometimes get "System Maintenance Period" page or Unexpected error page

The price sort order on your page (on 2/20/2014 at 7:56am PST) appears correct. Did you figure out a fix or did the sort just fix itself over time?
-
In fact, I see see this behavior on our site right now. We added a new blog post on Feb 13, 2014, and now the blog entries are sorting oldest on top (s/b newest on top)...hopefully it resolves over the next day or so... http://www.reliance-foundry.com/blog/blog-bollards

...and indeed today the blog PSS results are sorting correctly!

We have this problem from time to time. When we change an item or add a new item that appears in the search results, the search results gets randomized or sort backwards...but only for a day...usually by the next day, the sort order is back the way it should be. The last website data display problem I had with Netsuite…

Ours too...VERY slow loading on both our sites, or NO loading at all... Is this a Netsuite problem? www.reliance-foundry.com www.bollards.ca

Update: Defect # 249301

This better shows the problem; one of the four Netsuite tags that can be used to display prices on a website (SALESPRICELISTHTML) occasionally misfires and displays only Canadian pricing:
-
Same problem here! Billing/creating an invoice from a sales order leaves the due date blank. Have to open the invoice and fiddle with the terms to get due date to populate!
-
Same here....and we also used to be able to enter a name, such as a customer name, to bring up a list of Sales Orders, and that no longer works

It's our custom view saved message search which displays the contents of the email message...something has changed over the weekend that now display's the html tags along with the body of the message text
-
Yes, we are seeing the messages attached to customer records with the same HTML tag issue for some of my users. We have cleared the browser cache, rebooted, etc, but the problem remains...

I submitted Case #1442463 "HTML Tags visible on MESSAGE field in searches"
-
The "Quick Search" box on all my users home page is missing the "Type" drop-down box and is not working at all; entering any data and clicking Search does nothing.

We have been experiencing very slow Netsuite page loads (5-10+ seconds) after upgrading AVG Free 7.5 (Anti-Virus) to version 8. Double clicking on the Netsuite logo showed the delay was on the client. Once we turned off AVG's new "LinkScanner" (Tools/Advanced Settings/LinkScanner) we're back to normal page load times.

Same problem with us. This was working fine yesterday. We need this fixed ASAP! CASE #621134

Faxes are working again as of 8am this morning. Thank you!
-
Background: eFax has a requirement for a BASE tag to be included in the HTML code of the template. This is from eFAX: 1. base href - this is so all relative links will print. Most html pages use relative links for images and such and we need to know the base path of where to find these files so we can print the images…

I think I have found the problem (I created Case #593141 July 11, 2007) Over the past weekend, Netsuite has deleted the BASE tag from the FAX TEMPLATE processing, and this is causing eFAX to reject all HTML (coverpage) template attachments. Prior to last weekend, Netsuite added this code (which includes a BASE tag) in…

We find Chrome to provide the best/most reliable Netsuite experience overall...except for dealing with Netsuite PDF downloads; I posted my complaints here ("Chrome Browser: Downloading PDFs from website or email links or email attachments") https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=33517

We procrastinated dealing with our Sitebuilder HTTP/HTTPS issue, as we are working on replacing our current SiteBuilder site (www.reliance-foundry.com) with a new WordPress site in 2-3 months. However, Google recently emailed us another warning email about our non-HTTPS site: "On July 2018, Chrome (version 68) will start…
